18K pendant, rectangular shape topped by gold arabesques holding the hoop. The front is pierced with arabesque decorations, and the back is delicately chased. This antique pendant opens with a hinge to reveal a small gold-rimmed crystal for a keepsake. Sold alone without its presentation chain.
